Guanine (/ˈɡwɑːnɪn/; or G, Gua, 鳥嘌呤) is one of the four main nucleobases found in the nucleic acids DNA and RNA, the others being adenine, cytosine, and thymine (uracil in RNA). In DNA, guanine is paired with cytosine. The guanine nucleoside is called guanosine.
With the formula C5H5N5O, guanine is a derivative of purine, consisting of a fused pyrimidine-imidazole ring system with conjugated double bonds. This unsaturated arrangement means the bicyclic molecule is planar.

Triglycine (Q27132936) chemical compound
Gly-Gly-Gly    GGG    (Gly)3    GlyGlyGly    N-(N-Glycylglycyl)glycine    Diglycylglycine

Glycine (symbol Gly or G /ˈɡlaɪsiːn/) is an amino acid that has a single hydrogen atom as its side chain. It is the simplest stable amino acid (carbamic acid is unstable), with the chemical formula NH2‐CH2‐COOH. Glycine is one of the proteinogenic amino acids. It is encoded by all the codons starting with GG (GGU, GGC, GGA, GGG). Glycine is integral to the formation of alpha-helices in secondary protein structure due to its compact form. For the same reason, it is the most abundant amino acid in collagen triple-helices. Glycine is also an inhibitory neurotransmitter – interference with its release within the spinal cord (such as during a Clostridium tetani infection) can cause spastic paralysis due to uninhibited muscle contraction.

Glycine is a colourless, sweet-tasting crystalline solid. It is the only achiral proteinogenic amino acid. It can fit into hydrophilic or hydrophobic environments, due to its minimal side chain of only one hydrogen atom. The acyl radical is glycyl. It is a nonessential amino acid. These are naturally occurring amino acids that the human body can synthesize for itself, and so need not be provided by dietary protein.

Presence in space
The presence of glycine outside the earth was confirmed in 2009, based on the analysis of samples that had been taken in 2004 by the NASA spacecraft Stardust from comet Wild 2 and subsequently returned to earth. Glycine had previously been identified in the Murchison meteorite in 1970. The discovery of cometary glycine bolstered the theory of panspermia, which claims that the "building blocks" of life are widespread throughout the Universe. In 2016, detection of glycine within Comet 67P/Churyumov-Gerasimenko by the Rosetta spacecraft was announced.

The detection of glycine outside the solar system in the interstellar medium has been debated.[40] In 2008, the Max Planck Institute for Radio Astronomy discovered the spectral lines of a glycine-like molecule aminoacetonitrile in the Large Molecule Heimat, a giant gas cloud near the galactic centre in the constellation Sagittarius.

The most meaningful part of a DNA molecule is its base.
The four bases are:
  • A (adenine),
  • G (guanine) 🢂  Guānyīn ㄍㄨㄢ ㄧㄣ 觀音 अवलोकितस्वर (avalokitaśvara, literally “down-observe-sound”)
  • C (cytosine),
  • T (thymine).

The four bases are separated into 2 different systems: purine and pyrimidine. The linking of purine and pyrimidine in DNA forms the axis of the DNA molecule, allowing the molecule to possess biological significance. The alternating sequencing of the four bases AGCT forms a double helix structure, within which the human genetic code resides. Aside from the four bases AGCT, scientists have also identified a type of nucleic acid in the cytoplasm called ribonucleic acid, or RNA. Thus, in the pyrimidine system, the base T is replaced by the base U or uracil. RNA’s chemical composition is similar to DNA; when using hexagrams to represent triplets of genetic code, the 爻象 yáo xiàng expressions of T & U are identical.
  • 爻 yáo is a horizontal line that is either broken or solid, and
  • 爻象 yáo xiàng is the diagram that stacked 爻 yáos form.
  • Six 爻 yáo stacked form a 卦 hexagram.
When genetic code (also known as codons) is expressed in the form of the 64 hexagrams, it does not differentiate between RNA and DNA.

The correspondence between the 64 hexagrams and 64 編碼組 codons was successively demonstrated by 秦新華、Qin Xinhua, 蔡恆希、Cai Hengxi, and others in the 1980s. The first case of connecting genetics and 易學 yì xué outside of China was by Martin Scorsese. In his book The Secret Key to Life, Scorsese discusses the genetic laws behind how the 64 hexagrams correspond to the 64 codons. In essence, the three bases in genetic code determine how amino acids are translated and arranged to compose the 64 codons. AGCT(U) expressed in 爻象 yáo xiàng is the following:

Even if we do not see the Self, the Self is always here

Abhishek Singh

Bhagavan sometimes remarked humorously: "People open newspapers and glance through them. Then they say, "I have seen the paper". But really they have not seen the paper, they have only seen the letters and pictures that are on it. There can be no words or pictures without the paper, but people always forget the paper while they are reading the words."

Bhagavan would then use this analogy to show that while people see the names and forms that appear on the Screen of Consciousness, they ignore the Screen itself. With this kind of partial vision, it is easy to come to the conclusion that all forms are unconnected with each other and separate from the person who sees them. If people were to be aware of Consciousness instead of the forms that appear in it, they would realise that all forms are just appearances that manifest within the one indivisible Consciousness.

That Consciousness is the Self that we are looking for. We can be that Consciousness but we can never see it because it is not something that is separate from us.

A tree that is swaying in the wind.
風木「風林」is the Hexagram 51 (6)― named 震 (zhèn), "Shake" or "the arousing (shock, thunder)" or "thunder" ― of which both inner and outer trigrams are ☳ (震 zhèn) shake = (雷) thunder ( wood).
Or,
風木「風林」is the Hexagram 42 (6) ― named 益 (yì), "Augmenting" or "increase" which inner trigram is ☳ (震 zhèn) shake = (雷) thunder ( wood), and outer trigram is ☴ (巽 xùn) ground = () wind.
火山 is the Hexagram 56 ― named 旅 (lǚ), "Sojourning" or "the wanderer" or "travelling" ― which inner trigram is ☶ (艮 gèn) bound = () mountain, and outer trigram is ☲ (離 lí) radiance = () fire.

Swift as the wind
林 Quiet as the forest
火 Conquer like the fire
山 Steady as the mountain

Let your rapidity be that of the wind, your gentleness that of the forest.
 “侵掠如火,不動如山“
In raiding and plundering be like fire, be immovable like a mountain.
 "難知如陰"
Be as hard to know as the shadow
"動如雷霆"
Move as fast as lightning.

The well-known four-character version (四字熟語, yojijukugo) appears to be a later invention. [Historicity of the fūrinkazan banner]. [Feudal warlord hearsay stories, citing the work of an authority on the military insignia of the time (2009), notes that there is no evidence in the historical record for the four-character phrase, and points out that it became popular with the publication of a historical novel of the same name『風と雲と砦』★新潮社 1953.11 のち角川文庫 by 井上靖, Inoue Yasushi, in 1953.

Sexual energy is the primal and creative energy of the universe.

All things that are alive come from sexual energy. In animals and other life forms, sexual energy expresses itself as biological creativity. In humans, sexual energy can be creative at all levels — physical, emotional and spiritual. In any situation — where we feel attraction, arousal, awakening, alertness, passion, interest, inspiration, excitement, creativity, enthusiasm — in each of these situations, sexual energy is at work. Whenever we feel these states of awareness, we must put our attention on the energy that we are experiencing, nourishing it with our attention, experiencing it with joy and keeping it alive in our awareness.

Sinologists have discovered that White was representing "陰 Yin" ― and Black, "陽 Yang"  in 商朝 Shāngcháo, the Shang Dynasty: the changes of reversed upside-down illustration and interpretation were conducted from 戰國時代 Zhànguó Shídài, the late warring states period, on.

The term 無極 Wújí first appears in a 道德經 Dàodé jīng context (c. 4th century BCE) about returning to one's original nature.

By being a model for all under heaven,
Eternal integrity will not err.
If eternal integrity does not err,
You will return to infinity.

[Classical Chinese, trad. Fǎjià bì xīnghuí, bōluó píyǒng cāi.]
The king's chariot took shelter [from the wind] when the star returned [a festival in Nanzhao at the end of the year], the tiger and the wild horse in mind.
The term pāramitā, commonly translated as "perfection," has two etymologies. The first derives it from the word parama, meaning "highest", "most distant", and hence "chief", "primary", "most excellent". Hence, the substantive can be rendered "excellence" or "perfection". This reading is supported by the Madhyāntavibhāga (V.4), where the twelve excellences (parama) are associated with the ten perfections (pāramitā).
A more creative yet widely reported etymology divides pāramitā into pāra and mita, with pāra meaning "beyond", "the further bank, shore or boundary, 彼岸" and mita, meaning "that which has arrived, " or ita meaning "that which goes." Pāramitā then means "that which has gone beyond," "that which goes beyond," or "transcendent." This reading is reflected in the Tibetan translation pha rol tu phyin pa ("gone to the other side" པ་ར་མི་ཏ).
