一之易

『一的變化值』

道生一，一生二，二生三，三生萬物。

萬物負陰而抱陽，沖氣以為和。

All things leave behind them the Obscurity (out of which they have come) and go forward to embrace the Brightness (into which they have emerged), while they are harmonised by the Breath of Vacancy.

Though enclosed for a while in our body,

Water is just transiting by.

A week ago, it might have been a thunderstorm.

Soon enough it shall reverse to oceans or seas.

Most of the cells that cement—what we claim to be our bodies,

come and go.

Just as does the morning dew.

for aren't we more weather patterns than dolmen or menhirs?
